Unicorn Foal WIP

it may be a little hard to see in this picture - but I have flocked his entire body. "Flocking Powder" is very VERY fine material particles, that I "puffed" across his body using a sauce bottle and spray-on adhesive. I am finding that alot of the flock is just 'rolling off' in clumps in some places .... so I hope it sticks okay....

NOW I have started adding his hair/mane/goatee/tail. I am using white tibetan lamb fur. It's extremely soft, and wavy!


To make this i used the foam taxidermy form of a baby deer, and sculpted the face with air-dry clay to make it look more like a pony. I then painted it white.

Next step: Adding more hair and horn!

I was going to add colour accents to his muzzle, to make it more pinkish... but i forgot
